The Mystery Man Is Back

Same fellow I blipped in June and July, identified by my well-credentialed friend Chuck as probably a Fish & Wildlife guy taking water samples, counting ducks/geese, or doing some other kind of research.  I almost went out and called to him to find out who he was and what he was doing. but I noticed at one point he looked like he was picking and eating berries so I thought better of it.  I'll see what happens next time I see him.
