Meet Tigger

Tigger is a neighbor's cat. A few months back Tigger lost a couple four legged friends. He has taken to laying in the middle of the street. He now also has the moniker of Speed Bump. Residents here have learned to just drive around him. No dog will mess with him because he can "Kick their Butts"
