Collision!
Began the day with a sense of excitement that the plumber would be installing an in-line pump to increase water pressure in the house. Ended the day with very mixed feelings.......
D had initially thought it would take him 2 hours so when he arrived around 9.45am and left around 4.00pm you'll understand, there were some issues! During this time D had grappled with a new model pump that should have been straightforward but in fact turned out to be anything but. His final act was to throw the towel in, restore the old pipe set-up and admit defeat. He left (in much better spirits that I would have been!) saying not to worry - today wouldn't cost me a thing - he was going to do some research tonight to sort out an alternative. He'd be back in touch when he'd found something. Watch this space for the next installment..........
Whilst D was working on the plumbing problems I was in the kitchen playing with water droplets collisions. Much improved understanding from last week but still not feeling any confidence at all about being able to make a presentation into an informative, entertaining segment. It still took me the best part of 90 minutes to achieve anything of note. Think I'm going to have to throw the towel in too....
