How pleasant.....

I wonder if the inhabitants of 'Pleasant Terrace' find it a pleasant place to be?!  We took a wander through Old Leigh to Leigh this morning - up a very steep hill which is where PT is located! - and my legs are now feeling it! 

 Was nice to be out in a bit of cooler air though, with storms forecast but we're STILL waiting for them to arrive!! It's got very sunny, sticky and humid this afternoon so the fan is back on! Just been out looking at the front garden and it's a very sorry sight - not sure the rain, if it arrives, will sink in at all! Essex clay soil isn't the best for absorbing the wet stuff!
