Hedgie, not real!

Our little stone hedgehog survived the deluge yesterday evening. We had rain in biblical style, we were at camera club and the car park was ankle deep at one point. It was lovely to do some weeding today and the earth smelled wet!
We had photographer Sylvester Jacobs as our guest at Camera Club last night. A larger than life character, in his late seventies now, he talked about his street portraits and his process. He spent time with Tony Ray-Jones and Henri Cartier-Bresson amongst others and had a plethora of anecdotes with which to entertain us. We now have street photography as our next challenge, not my strength, so I shall have to get my butt out there and take photos!
