The Devil’s Head
A lovely sunny day
Last day of our friend’s stay with us. Contrary to earlier forecast, it was a beautiful morning, so we headed for Arbroath and the Cliffs. The second friend had never seen them and he was very impressed with them. It was a 3 mile walk and I was pleased to have managed it.
The photo is of the Devil’s Head, which is a very appropriate name for this rocky outcrop.
Lunch was chip suppers at Arbroath Harbour. When we got home, it was time for our friends to head for the train and an eight hour journey to Essex.
