Veggie option

Tonight's tea was Vegetarian Szechuan Noodles curtesy of my talented Hub. He's a genius in the kitchen and does all the cooking but enjoys meat in his meals so tonight was a bit of a challenge for him. I for one think he smashed it, he however thought it lacked something, probably meat knowing him!
