Cats are weird

Had an enjoyable morning at Fareshare - we were really busy, and happily, had a better range of good food to send out to the food banks, and summer schemes for school kids. We can’t send out stuff that is past it’s use by date, or fruit and veg that is starting to go bad. However, the volunteers are allowed to bring home a few things each week, and I have no problem with cutting off the rotten bits and using the rest. Today I had a fennel bulb - cat was totally in love with it, sat on it, licked it, rubbed her face on it. She has previous with a celeriac:-) here
