Wet Wellington Waterfront Woofer

Don't ask about the weather at the moment...Its wet in Welli but downright diabolical in the south with Nelson and the West Coast with 160 households self-evacuating as flooding rose last night.
We went for a "Wet Walk" with a friend this morning which was mostly in town and under verandas but were delighted to meet this lady with umbrella walking her wet woofer along the waterfront.
