Southend's Come Fly With Me

An EasyJet plane has just taken off from Southend's airport and has passed over the house. Looks like the airport has changed some of its flight paths and some of the bigger planes might be coming over this week.

Southend airport has gotten bigger over the last couple of years and the skies above Southend have got a more activity. But its a real shame :-( that we have lost the airshow we have had for quite a few years.

I really did look forward in seeing the different types of planes especially The Lancaster Bomber escorted by a couple of spitfires and The Red Arrows.
