Thae artist as a young man

It's not a terribly flattering photo, I'll admit, but one of the few that captures me in my student years, circa 1979. (We were a Guardian and Observer household.) I took lots of pictures of my housemates, but there are less of me. The extra is of one of my lovely flatmates. I don't think she'll mind.
