this morning a friend came for coffee,,,,, she brought me these freshly picked flowers from her garden and a lemon drizzle cake she baked before she came……she has lived in Holland and we sat drooling thinking of Dutch sweets and delicacies you can’t get here……

i have been watching some of the Royal Osteoporosis  Society videos about crumbling spines…..and they really urge to get in tough with your GP……i wish it wasn’t so difficult to get hold of one…….but next week i need a blood test and will ask if i can speak with one, or see one….
