They're Back

I walked with H today through Sheringham Park to Weybourne station and back. I see that the steam trains are running again, presumably the wildfire risk is deemed lower after the rain. An extremely frustrating afternoon trying to contact companies over different things, do you think they realise how bad they've become - even John Lewis I'd only rate at 3/10 now. I think big companies have their helpline staff still working from home, I suspect they're inadequately trained and not supervised, plus their systems are failing a lot more than they used to. Sooooooooo frustrating!
