Was meant to be out with a friend painting today. Unfortunately some surprise guests arrived with her so it was cancelled. Had the day at home alone as the office beckoned my husband in. As it turned out we had a three hour power cut which put paid to any ironing, hoovering or kettle boiling! Fortunately I’d made this delicious morning cuppa before the cut!!
Cleared stuff… always good to do but not such ‘fun’ as spending the day out with a friend.
