Beauty from behind

This is the sunflower that I blipped the other day only from behind.

When we first moved into this house I grew lots of sunflowers with my son and planted them in the garden. The slugs loved them and only a few flowered.

There are less slugs in the garden now. I think that I’ll grow some more next year.

I’ve found a great way of keeping fit - walking up and down stairs with buckets of water from the morning shower. These are then poured into a water butt. And as it’s not rained the plants are then watered. And as it not due to rain for quite a while I’ll be doing it again tomorrow.
