World Photography Day

It’s always an added challenge to take a photo today worthy of the day that celebrates photography around the world.

We headed out to NT Crome to see if Capability Brown’s landscaped estate would provide an appropriate Blip!

The car park was very busy indeed. However, the estate is so large that any fears of over crowding were quickly allayed.

The lake level, unsurprisingly, was low. Many trees have already shed leaves. An autumn blanket in August. The 2022 drought has demanded a high price.

We enjoyed our walk but had also hoped to visit the walled garden. It’s only open at the weekends. We will be back!
