Old Blue Eyes

Today’s offering is another herring gull - though this one’s gone through extensive faffing. Probably neither abstract nor minimalist, but I’ve enjoyed the chance to move away from a realistic representation. 

And I’ve certainly wanted to escape reality today; consultant visit number two with my original colorectal surgeon does not go well. I’ll spare you the details, but suffice it to say there have been a lot of tears and chocolate - and more walks and photographs. 

I’m just hoping the next three consultations will be more positive.
