On the way the pool

Dark clouds were gathering over Ben Wyvis as we headed to the Puffin Pool. The sun was breaking through though and lighting up the lower fields.
A good dip but I still had a headache so did not want to over do it. Luckily there’s a long seat where you can sit and do some gentle exercises.
Anne was late as she was caught in traffic, she’s had an infection so has not been the last few weeks so she had plenty to tell me.
Went to David’s afterwards and then home to watch some more of the European games.The diving and gymnastics were brilliant do not how they do it.
The sun was out in the afternoon so spent some time in garden pulling up the rosebay willow herb. I know it’s classed as a weed but the bees and other insects do love it but I do not want it to go to seed so most of it has gone now.
