Coffee and a chat

I have a new short term client.
Early dementia appearing.
She’s only ten years older than me.
Very tangled family dynamics, so much so that no one has noticed that she’s not been taking her medication for three months!!
Not her fault.
Made a few phone calls to medical centre/ GP, waiting for a call back.
Not quite my place to sort things out but I had to get something started to get her back on track.

Saddest thing is that she such a lovely lady .I took her out for a coffee and she was a box of birds!
