Sunshine Flowers

It rained in the night and everything looks so fresh and lovely. The grey skies and cooler temperatures are very, very welcome. In the grass patch next to my building, people have planted flowers and these lovely Rudbeckia are part of the plantations.  I do love to see their buds unfolding, but their sunshine-coloured petals are so lovely, so I made a collage to show them both.

It's a gorgeous 20C as I write just after 10 am, but will rise to 24 degrees by late afternoon. It feels glorious!
