Homemade Pie In The Sky

Had a quiet day today apart from an early morning run, which I found a bit tough going due to the humid conditions, and making a batch of rather rustic homemade apple pies using the harvest from our dear old apple tree (see previous blip 6th August) - I even made my own pastry!
