Mesmerising …

….. flames.
Missy loves sitting there and watching the flames dancing. I think she loves the warmth too.

It’s been a grey manky sort of day; low cloud and dull. I was surprised that the sheets almost dried on the line.

I went around to my daughter & son-in-law’s this evening for Family Happy Hour. We all take something, unplanned, even if it ends up all the same. Basically we had hummus with biscuits, popcorn from my great granddaughter, wonderful sushi made by my granddaughter, and roast chicken from my daughter, with lentils sprouts & roast veg. Yum! What a treat.

Afterwards the little girls each put on a performance. 6yo Hazel gave us an impromptu pantomime performance, while 14.5 month old Cora did Downward Dogs! - Extras. We were well entertained!
