Growth

Unlike the south of England, crops are still growing up in Lancashire, although they have taken a beating.

It's very dispiriting to hear of the ineptitude and greed of the water companies and the sheer bloody short-sighted view of how they run their organisations - plenty of money for the share holders and the foreign companies owning them, and yet billions of litres lost every day through leaks and next to no investment in this country to protect an increasingly scarce resource.

If I was to rid the world of just one of the 7 deadly sins, it would be greed. I wonder how different our world would be if we were all simply satisfied with just enough.
