Another IT Problem

Really this week has been such an IT mess.

After all the updates the nice IT Helpdesk man did the other day, today I got a corporate message that my laptop would be remotely disabled on October 31st unless I took urgent action and self-service ‘re-imaged’ it. Needless to say my attempt to follow the self service guide failed at the first hurdle so now another nice IT man is destroying my middle of the day productivity with another lengthy remote session from somewhere in India…

Aargh!
