Lobst-ah
The best Lobster Rolls are the ones you make yourself. I’m convinced of that!
Mom and Dad had Lobster yesterday and gave me some of the leftover meat. I make my rolls with very little mayo, salt and pepper, a sprig of lettuce and a lightly toasted roll.
Yum!!
