Celebrating Ferragosto Today

Ferragosto is an Italian summer holiday (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ferragosto) that my husband and I observe... a good excuse to take a day off.  It falls on August 15, but given that Monday was a rainy day, we decided to move it to today and enjoy the pool and a nice lunch with my mom and sister.  We had a good day, and lunch was good ... as expected.
