World Class Hotel

I loved this story!

You won't find this place on the VisistScotland website. In fact its not really a hotel, its a homeless hostel for men, most of them with drug and alcohol problems.

However some pranksters started giving it rave reviews on the TripAdvisor website. Things like - ".... ideal hotel for young couples and those just looking for a relaxing city break"; "Luxurious rooms, spa and leisure facilities"; "a glorious 3 day stay made all the better by our choice of hotel in the Belllgrove"; "... mix of Scottish/French cuisine and we ate in the hotel restaurant each night"; "Reasonable prices and service with a smile".

There was so much of this stuff it eventually found its way into the top 100 places to stay. (Its now been removed from the site).

In the meantime if any Blippers have booked this for their visit, they want to think again!
