Campanile

Another day island hopping using public transport - the vaparetto.

Walked to St Marks - where we found part of the Basillica covered in scaffolding - so to revive our spirits had a coffee - (some even had cake as well) whilst sat in the square listening to music at Florians.

We unfortunately missed Harry's Bar - but did see - the Campanile - Dioges Palace - the Bridge of Sighs.

Caught the vaparetto to St Giogio Magniore- where Jeanneb53 and A had a lift ride up to the top of the Camponile -then Guidecca - Sacca Fisda - finally ending up at The Jewish Ghetto.

To round off the day caught the vaparetto back to St Marks Square - practiced a few night shots - which didn't come out too well - but we had had wine with the evening meal
