Baking

Finally got round to doing some baking today, I have not done any for a while.  I bought the wrong amount of dates so had to improvise and make half the quantity of cake and put it in a loaf tin rather than a round cake tin.  I am now waiting for it to cool down sufficiently to cut it in to slices.
