Burst water main

This guy taking advantage of the free water fountain.  This was on Waterloo Road.  A burst water main flooding the pavement and the road.  I took photos of this in the morning.  4 hours later there was no improvement.  Thames Water's website states "We're investigating and we'll send an engineer out as soon as we can"  - that status hasn't changed in at least the last 5 hours.
Given the current drought, it's a pity Thames Water can't maintain their network to prevent this.  Or respond in a timely fashion to stop it.
