Unique?

The other day I collected a friend from a hospital about 35 miles away late one evening. Her husband had been admitted via A&E and looked like he would be admitted. She wanted to get home to care for their two dogs and a friends dog who was there too. She phoned to ask if I could collect her and take her home. This envelope contained a generous cheque for my costs. I did not want it but she insisted. She was too kind. Her husband is being discharged today and is a little better.
