Surprises

Went up to Stockton-on-Tees today to visit a large arts & craft shop. I had no idea a Canadian coffee & doughnut chain had an outlet there. More surprising is that they have over 60 of them across the UK. 

It brought back memories of being on the Skeena train out of Jasper and meeting some Australians who brought on the trip a very large box of Tim's doughnuts. We've been friends ever since! ;o)

In other news (see extra) I have been sent my DNA results from Ancestry. The good news is that I'm human but it does show I'm a mongrel at heart. I'm told there are 17,071 DNA matches. That's a lot of Christmas cards I'll need this year...
