Above the old cemetery

Of Glenada.
This town is in itself a mostly derelict survivor of times gone by, industry near the Umqua river has left the area near the river.
Many houses have fallen in disrepair but some 4 to 10 houses still show the former glory.
My pottery school is in the former primary school building, which needs of course a lot of repair or upkeep. But it offers a huge amount of space for all kind of purposes.
Fascinating hippy life style of the new owners.
After my next drive to Glenada I will collect some images of the beautiful houses and the art scene .
