The new delphinium in full flower

Just over a week ago I blipped the first flower this neglected delphinium managed to produce. Everyone seemed to like its colour palette, so I'm showing the full head of flowers on the single stem of the plant. I don't think other stems will arrive. 

It is still very attractive. The detail in the original picture shows up much better when enlarged.
