Last Night of the Wight Proms

It was good to have a break from Oliver! Today some friends picked me up, complete with a picnic and we went to a Proms afternoon in the grounds of Northwood House, in Cowes. The quartet, known as G4, sang with the orchestra for part of the programme. They came second in the X Factor, although that fact had passed me by!
They were very good and one of them actually lives in Cowes, so that made it even better!
I enjoyed the show, especially when waving my flag and singing along to Jerusalem, which is one of my all time favourites.
