Regretted Only Taking One Each

We had a visit from some friends from Sheffield today. We decided to walk the 4.5 miles along the Wolds Way to the pub in Millington. It was lovely and about half way there as we walked through a farm, the farmer offered for us to help ourselves to some apples off his trees. They were delicious and I think we all regretted only taking one each!

Eldest drove up and joined us for the lunch to have a break as he was working on his dissertation (and especially as we were paying) but we were all grateful for the lift home afterwards as I don’t think any of us were up for the walk back after a full roast dinner!
