River scene

Dee and I decided to run away to her nephews mountain house for a few days so we meandered our driving through various places which took all day.

One of the places we stopped was at the Great Smoky Mountain visitor center because we might just see the elk.

And we sure did! A huge bull elk was along the river! We were so excited! The rangers were there keeping people from getting too close so the zoomed in either the phone photos are not that great but you can see his huge antlers.
