Copying Degas

Sometimes it’s good to try a copy. Did this quite a while ago, and today I fished it out to encourage myself to paint more freely. Get out that BIG brush!
I’m enjoying the novelty of a cloudy day. Unfortunately the rain seems to have passed us by.
