I would like to say this was a cupcake I decorated
My 9 year old cousin decorated it though, the ones I decorated were much more 'rustic' looking and just generally not very impressive looking in comparison. Though they also weren't quite so overloaded with sweets which might be a good thing.
Finished, referenced and submitted my Warwick essay in the morning (13 hours before the deadline, a personal best- usually it's submitted a lot closer).
Went for a walk, played mario kart, baked. The usual holiday activities.
Also looked at history modules for Warwick next year and I'm very excited though finding it very difficult to whittle it down to three from four. We only get one module in the end but as I'll be doing a dissertation on it too I've got to like the module. Currently it's between:
-Feminism, Politics and Social Change in Modern Britain
-Human Rights and the Global Human Rights Movement
-Politics of Protest in Europe, 1968-1989
-Britain in the 1970s: Between New Society and No Society
I used to say I didn't like the history of Britain, but that was probably after learning the World Wars over and over.
