What witchcraft is this??

Up super early this morning - and on the train by 7:38 - to go for a hospital appointment in Tooting. I got there a few minutes early, so sat in this nice little gardeny bit outside to text Tim. Couldn't believe how green the grass was! It's literally months since I've seen green grass. When I came out, I saw why, as there was a sprinkler going.

Appointment went fine - it was an MRI, which I wasn't particularly looking forward to (such a claustrophobic experience!), but I felt remarkably chilled out throughout. I think the Kalms lavender tablet I took yesterday was still working its magic!

Got back home late morning and packed a full day's work into the rest of the day. Looking forward to a restful evening now.
