No trouble!

This sign always makes me smile as I run past. It gives me permission to slow down ( go even slower sometimes!) Anyway, a good start to the day though not such a good running time, but I took time to think over lots. Too many people I love and care about are having it tough right now.

Later today I went with Jean from Women’s Fellowship to a hospital appointment. We didn’t have long to wait and enjoyed a cup of tea and a piece of carrot cake in the hospital café afterwards. D took and collected us which was such a help. Jean is 91.

So disappointing to hear from Valerie that her scan couldn’t happen today. With her usual great humour she commented on the effect of drinking two litres of water in readiness….
She has spoken to her cancer nurse about the new pain.
