Flying Over Glasgow

A wet morning in Glasgow, headed home and glorious sunshine in Shetland, warm too.  It clouded over and rain followed north tonight. 

Up early, and breakfast in the hotel.  Quickly threw my things back into my bag, and headed to the airport for my flight home.  Arrived home safely, and straight into a late shift at Sumburgh Airport.  I've been working on the check-in desk all day.  Good to see Sammy when I got home, but too wet for walkies, so a quiet night by the fire. 

I was nearly in the jump seat coming home, but luckily some passengers didn't show, so I got a window seat.  I do love the window, and love the views over Glasgow as I head home.  There's always so much to look at, and how much the city sprawls over the landscape.  I did see what looked like a puff of black smoke over the city, but only my phone, I couldn't zoom in clearly.  Taken somewhere above Drumchapel, Glasgow.
