Hospital day 3

The high dependency ward where J was scheduled to spend a couple of days post-surgery had no windows, and the cubicles were small, separated with dark blue pleated curtains in stiff, non-woven fabric. I can't remember much about the day, but I was glad to manage a brief walk around outside the buildings, and enjoyed the reflective curve of the modern building mirroring the sky's patterns.
