Future Speggetti Sause

We'll run a bushel of canning tomatoes through the Victoro Machine.  Its a wonderful contraption.  You drop large chunks of tomatoes into it's hopper and turn the crank.
The machine separates the seeds and skin from the meat and juice, schutes the good stuff into a pan and drops the rest out of the back.
     It takes a while and you develop a strong bicep but its definitely worth it.
