Craiglockhart castle

A medieval ruin 

Afternoon walk down the canal to Craiglockhart, finding the swan family being fed on the pond, and carrying on to the castle. Showing scale with the bus stop in the background and the high ground behind. 
Went along Glenlockhart road and the adjacent golf course. A convenient no 36 bus picked us up just as the rain was changing from occasional drizzle to actual wetting. New paths, and the prospect of more up on to Craiglockhart Hill.
