Wonder how many people know that the Royal mail van is the only vehicle that is legally allowed to go through the red light. The reason- they are on the queens business.
I have never seen one in a hurry but do see plenty of police cars/ambulances and fire engines speeding to an incident and I give way every time. After all one day I might be needing them.
