Garden on a post

The HG had a Committee meeting this morning..... I had a walk in the neighbourhood after preparing for tonight's meal.

In the afternoon we went walking in the woods.  I liked the light on this post, showing up the little garden.  Have uploaded some extras too.

The bin strike seems to be spreading into our area from Edinburgh now, I read in the news that Glasgow and South Lanarkshire, along with the other cities, will be affected from tomorrow.  I hope they can settle the dispute quickly, Edinburgh must be suffering from an upsurge in the rat population.
