Norfolk Hawker - Aeshna isoceles
57 years ago today I started work as an Electronics Apprentice at Unicam Instruments Ltd, part of the Pye Group of companies and one of the three major employers in Cambridge at that time. 

Fast forward to today, and the time has past very quickly probably due to the fact I have enjoyed myself, I was sitting on the patio under the veranda (sounds posh does it not) and this beauty landed on our metal garden screen.

I THINK its a Norfolk Hawker - Aeshna isoceles. It posed for a quite a long time for us.
