Cruises
We geocached through the rain with our bikes packed in hand. That was no problem because we had to bring everything to the guest house where we had booked the coming nights anyway. A cruise ship was docked in the Loch. That's what I want too some day. Colleagues and friends say it wouldn't be for me, but with a gym, a sauna and a swimming pool I can get through a day, I expect.
After we had dropped off bicycles and luggage, we visited the West Highland museum. It is a small museum with a few exhibitions. One is about the Green Berets and one about how, in particular, the mountains around the Calledonian Canal were created. Very interesting. Also a very small special exhibition was about the Jacobite period.
We've already booked our treintickets for tomorrow's early ride back to Lochailort station. Last stretch from there to Fort William by bike and then to Edinburgh by train on Thursday.
