Monday: Nish

Here is our friend, Nish, who is visiting at the moment.

She is a most easy-going guest and has brought us many treats and snacks, including 20 packets of butterscotch Angel Delight for me.  Not to mention the bacon, chocolate, noodles and lemon grass and lovely toiletries.......and given that Nish is Muslim, the bacon is particularly appreciated!

This evening she has cooked us a lovely evening meal of tandoori chicken, Bombay Aloo, and carrot and chilli pickle, together with hand kneaded naan bread.  

I asked Nish if it was OK to post her photo to which she responded that she would be honoured.  If only all my victims were so appreciative.
